How to Prepare Traditional Yerba Mate in Five Steps:

- Fill 3/4 of the Yerba Mate Gourd with yerba mate.
- Shake the gourd upside down to distribute the components (leaves, sticks, and powder).
- Tilt the yerba at a 45° angle and add a little warm water to the bottom.
- Place the bombilla straw against the inner wall of the gourd.
- Slowly pour hot water (65–75 °C) and enjoy the infusion.
